The 1986 baseball season will long be remembered for the ball that got by Bill Buckner in the sixth game of the World Series. The curse that hadn’t brought the Red Sox a World Series title since 1918 remained in tact as the Mets won. At the time, the White Sox hadn't won the World Series since 1917 and were able to sympathize with the Red Sox. The 1986 White Sox team housed three members of the Hall of Fame. Carlton Fisk helped lead the team with his aggressive hard-nosed style of play. This 1986 track jacket is made by Mitchell and Ness and features the 86' logo embroidered on the left chest. This jacket zips all the way down the front.
