Returns and Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, please fill out the Wrigleyville Sports Return/Exchange Form on the back of your packing slip. This form must be filled out and included with your exchange or return.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached.

Items deemed used or worn will be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the order date on your Packing Slip.

Returned items will be credited back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. We cannot credit shipping charges for returned items.

For exchanges, please enclose a payment of $4.95 for return shipping.

Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Custom jerseys will not be accepted for return or exchange. All Custom Jersey sales are final.

For hygenic reasons, swimwear and underwear will not be accepted for return or exchange. All sales are final.

In the rare case of an order processing error by Wrigleyville Sports, we will issue a credit for your shipping charges.
