Refund policy
Wrigleyville Sports offers quick and easy returns. Online purchases can be returned or exchanged by visiting our retail location across from Wrigley Field, or by initiating a return below. After you initiate a return, you will receive a shipping label via email, as soon as your return is approved by our staff.
Policies:
- All returns and exchanges must be in new, unused, or unworn condition with the original tags and/or stickers attached.
- Items deemed noticeably used or worn will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Returns and exchanges are permitted within 90 days of the order date on your Packing Slip, unless otherwise advertised online.
- You will have the choice to have your refund credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase, or we can issue a store credit.
- If you accept a store credit as your refund, Wrigleyville Sports will cover the cost of your return shipping. If you choose to have the refund issued to your original form of payment, $8.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping, unless the return was caused by an error on our part, or was damaged or defective.
- For hygienic reasons, the following categories will not be accepted for a return or exchange: swimwear, masks, and underwear. All sales on these items are final.
- Customized Items WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange. All sales on Customized Items are final.
- There may be additional items on the website, that are not returnable. Non-returnable items, will be clearly marked on the product page.
- If an item is not-returnable, but the item you received is defective, or was shipped in error, please contact our customer support team.
